long month of back and forth, adjuster meetings , supplement reports etc. now we begin the fun stuff. Been watching the weather looks like we have some clear time so let’s get going. Gaf Certified and everyone gets a upgrade in shingles and in warranties from us

we received a phone call on a chimney that had been damaged and it was a house closing deal. time sensitive issue. we didn’t really hesitate. got out on the same day looked at it and fixed it on the spot. hard work but no lapse in the house sell. min charges but reacted like a emergency

we have been on over 250 roof inspections since may 8. people are starting to get leaks in their ceiling. the probability of that is hip and ridge and and valley hits with hail or vents being knocked off. not a bad idea to call and get the roof tarped

there is a lot to consider when choosing a contractor for anything. it really takes a lot of effort time diligence tenacity and yeah money to stay in business
