Basement workout studio complete! Framed in the walls, insulated, drywalled, & painted. Added new LED lighting. Painted ceilings matte black for a cool industrial look. Used a glue-down Mannington LVP flooring that will handle the weight of the new workout equipment. Trimmed out the new space with fresh casing, base, and shoe molding. Removed the carpet from the steps and painted the stringers & risers, along with the stairwell walls. Applied the same LVP & bullnose to the stair treads. We installed the gym mirror panels to finish out the gym look.

Basement remodel complete! This has been a great project! We did our best to match the trim style of upstairs of this 1928 home. Lots of cool details & custom touches, including a shiplap accent wall & some custom Amish cabinets. Now there’s a lot more liveable space for family visits! Pics of the completed project first, then some before pics.

Bathroom Refresh. We removed the old leaky cast iron tub, plastic glue-on surround, & dated decorative header above. We installed a new Sterling fiberglass unit & built a custom tile enclosure, with double stacked niches & decorative pencil tile crown. We removed the old vanity & replaced it with this new stylish unit with a quartz top. We added a new Broan bath fan & LED disc light above the tub/shower. All new bath fixtures are quality Moen pieces. Walls & ceiling got fresh coats of paint after the drywall repairs & texture matching. We finished up the project with some fresh door casing & a new round mirror. The customer will be swapping out the cabinet hardware with brushed gold, to match the mirror trim & towel hooks. We took a very small partial bathroom in a lofted bedroom & expanded it into a nice sized full bathroom. Custom porcelain tile shower with marble corner shelves & a 12x20 niche, new Moen shower set, a custom Amish Character Hickory vanity with flush doors & drawers, quartz countertop with a modern Moen faucet, new LED lighting, new bath fan, LVP flooring, and new painted trim. Just waiting on the custom Euro glass shower door set from Lakeland Glass & a decorative mirror to be hung. Great project!

Custom Kitchen completed! Out with the 20+ year old oak kitchen, and in with the beautiful custom Amish cabinetry. Tons of storage here! New LED disc lights, Coretec flooring, fresh paint, travertine marble tile backsplash, quartz countertops, and LED under-cabinet & in-cabinet lighting. A lot of time went into the design & layout of the custom kitchen, and it really shows!
