As a small business, we always try to support small businesses in our area. One of our favorites to work with is Jackson, the owner of Mobile Mechanic. Whether it's company trucks, equipment or tools he always gets us back up and running quickly, allowing us to take care of our clients and keep projects on schedule. Our telehandler had a starter go out yesterday evening and he was on-site first thing this morning and had us up and going in less than 2 hours. Howey Construction Services LLC is seeking experienced framing carpenters who are punctual and hardworking. We build residential homes in Sioux Falls and surrounding area.

Pay ranges from $15-$25/ hour depending on experience.
Typical work day is 8 AM to 5 PM with optional Saturdays
Must have your own transportation and your own bags and hand tools (hammer, square, tape measure etc)

My personal favorite part of the Lake Alvin House. The massive 1900+ sq ft garage. This house also has nearly 800 sq ft of living space suspended over the garage thanks to those massive girders. Really cool design

Wanted to show you guys some interior pictures of the Lake Alvin house.

Huge open concept plan, with foyer and living room open to the upstairs. The whole middle section of the house is supported by a 35 foot, 2 foot tall red iron steel beam.

Also some pictures of the massive movie theater room!

Some exterior shots of a beautiful house we got to frame out on Lake Alvin recently.
4600 sq ft of living space, a nearly 2000 sq ft garage, and an insane open concept.

The siding crew for this house ended up being unavailable so we're going back to side it next week. Stay tuned for some real sweet finish photos!

My dear friend and business partner, co-owner of Howey Construction Services Thayn Marsh lost his mother late Saturday night.
