A blank space with so much potential. 🏡✨
This is where everyday moments happen, family dinners, morning coffee, homework at the table, and conversations that last way longer than planned.
When you’re building a home, we’re not just thinking about rooms. We’re thinking about how you’ll actually live in them.

This is where the vision starts taking shape. 🔨🏡
Framing is one of the most important stages of a new build. It creates the structure of the home — defining the walls, rooms, doorways, windows, and overall layout you’ll eventually live in.
It’s also the stage where those floor plans finally start to feel real. You can walk through the rooms, see the layout, and begin imagining everyday life inside your new home.
A lot happens between an idea and a finished home, and we’re here for every step.

Meet Garrett! 👋🏡
Garrett joined the Basin New Home team in July and is here to help make the home building process feel a little easier and a lot more personal.
What does he love most about sales? The people. Garrett has a genuine passion for building relationships, connecting with others, and helping families feel confident not only in the home they’re building, but in the team they choose to build it with.
Outside of work, faith and family are at the center of Garrett’s life. In his words, “Jesus is everything to me.” He’s also a musician and serves on the music, sound, and media team at his church. His creative side carries over into video work with V6 Media, and when he gets some free time, you might find him playing disc golf or, most importantly, spending time with his wife and kids.
We’re excited to have Garrett as part of the Basin New Home crew and can’t wait for more of you to get to know him!
Thinking about building? Garrett would love to help you get started.
