I have lived in Vernon Township since 1982 and have been involved in the community for many years. I established Zinno Construction in 1993 as a single operator/carpenter and grew the company to have a crew of carpenters. We started by doing small jobs and evolved into large scale renovations and new construction homes. Today Zinno Construction has grown into a company with the highest standard and respect for our clients. We share the excitement of our company with our clients by committing to the newest technology in material and products. We strive for customer satisfaction with every size project and value each customer that chooses to do business with us. A lead carpenter is a working hands on position that will manage daily operations with field crew and subcontractors. Must be able to work in a professional manner with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

We are a company where meeting the customer expectation is the standard, but exceeding the customer expectation is the goal. We have an excellent reputation in the community for service, ethics and quality.

Responsibilities & Requirements:
Experience a plus
Must have own hand tools and transportation
Must have the ability to read and field apply architectural drawings
Must be able to follow company dress code
Must be reliable and detail oriented
Must be on time because we do not tolerate tardiness
Must be able to perform all facets of contracted work
Must be able to work as part of our established team
Leadership qualities are essential
Must have a good work ethic and self-motivator
Strong communication skills
Must be able to complete / oversee projects on their own or supervising a crew
Must understand all facets of carpentry, from foundation to finish work (additional knowledge of other trades a plus)
Must be willing to learn
References required
Valid Drivers license with acceptable record
Salary based on experience.
