They demonstrated superior ability to provide our needs and expectations. Manager Stephen Cafasso provided quick response, met with us to go over work, came on same day of restoration work.

We had such a great time at the Back-to-School Bash at Melbourne Square! Getting to meet local families, watch the kids have some fun, and spend the day connecting with the community was something special.

We love the communities we serve, and we're so excited to become an even bigger part of the Melbourne community.

Great review from richard... "Very responsive, professional and organized. I had worked with Stephen and Fred after a leak developed. After the initial "drying out", Shawn, Brandon and Gavin, sealed off the area, inspected, and removed the highly damaged aspects (of a roof leak). They were neat and organized, while providing clear recommendations and procedures.

In Friday when the problem was noted, Stephen and Fred were very responsive in their inspection, while offering the crew of Shawn and team to arrive first thing Monday - and yes, they were here promptly."
