Happy Friday Stormtrooper Family!

This week has been a whirlwind of crazy weather! From rain 🌧 coming in sideways, to the sun ☀️ baking at summer temperatures. Today we’ve gone from Vero at “The Lakes Waterway Village” to “Pier Point” in Stuart. Two completely different weather situations, but throughout it all stormtroopers got the job done!

We started by installing all brand new carpet for our new clients all the way from Arizona 🌵 in the bedrooms and closets. The next stop has us prepping for a new partial interior wall.

🚨🚧Be Careful Who You Hire🚧 🚨

Happy Friday Stormtrooper Family! Do I have a story for you! As the heading states “Be careful who you hire?” We really need to talk about this today! Experience, and licensing professionals matter.

We were called out to potential customers home this week to provide an estimate for an issue they had. While walking through the house with the client, our team member noticed a section of ceiling sagging. This is where it starts to get wild.

A previous company had not only removed a bearing wall, but other structural members as well. Thus, causing that portion of the kitchen ceiling to sag. Upon cutting out exploratory sections to find solutions our team also noticed signs of water damage from an upstairs water leak. Last but certainly not least was a plethora of very patchy electrical work exposed to say the least.

To best serve our client, and for pure safety. Our team installed a frame from floor to ceiling for support until we come back for final construction solutions. Based on our inspection before and after exploratory demo it is our opinion that the the majority of these problems were due to sub standard construction performed during the original construction or remodeling of the property. So… Moral of the story… BE CAREFUL WHO YOU HIRE!

Happy Friday Stormtrooper Family! The crew was servicing our favorite place in the world today…. Vero Beach Florida! Now, this house is getting all new interior flooring, and a fully repainted exterior. But what I want to talk to you about today is the bathroom renovation.
