We are hiring a hard working labor worker.
-Operate vehicles and powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, chain saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, and pruning saws.
-Mow or edge lawns, using power mowers or edgers.
-Care for established lawns by mulching, weeding, or trimming or edging around flower beds, walks, or walls.
-Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes.
-Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chain saws.
-Gather and remove litter.
-Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, burial sites, or other grounds features.
Skills
-Operation and Control - Controlling operations of equipment or systems.
-Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
-Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
-Fast Paced Work In The Hot Sun!!!
-Speaking - Talking to others to convey information effectively.

Get lawn & landscape service as low as $68.50 (up to 6,000 SFT) for the following;
-MOWING:
*St. Augustine turf grass areas will be mowed weekly (42) forty-two times per year.
*Bahia turf areas as needed with a minimum of 32 cuts per year. Cut count varies, weather permitting.
*Grass will be maintained 31/2 to 4 inches for St. Augustine type turf and at the recommended heights for other turf grasses.
*Grass catchers will only be used in those locations where it is agreed between the contractor and the owner. It is understood that grass will not be left in such a manner as to be unsightly or cause a nuisance.
-STRING TRIMMING:
*All turf areas will be string trimmed in those areas where conventional mowers are not applicable.
*Extreme care will be exercised not to damage hardscape items or to scalp the turf.
-EDGING:
*Edging of walkways, curbing and roadway will be completed on weekly basis.
*Edging of all planting beds will be done on a bi-monthly basis.
-BLOWING:
*All Driveways & Sideways!

Lawn & Pest Control Sales Person (Treasure coast)

Compensation: Commission Based
Job Purpose: To market and sell company services in a manner that enables the customer to be rid of their pest problems in the most efficient and effective manner with total considerations to the law, the label and safety to all involved. To sell at established price guidelines in a manner that enables the company to increase sales volume, market share and profits.

Responsibilities:
Establish new customer contacts, prospect for fresh leads, follow up on all leads, compose and submit professional proposals and network to stay abreast of activities in the market.
Actively participate in the community and industry(s) in which you sell, in order to generate new leads and contacts. Establish a "presence" within your territory.
Perform inspections, prepare and track all estimates, and submit professional proposals and reports.
Make immediate contact with all leads received via phone, voice mail, email, and/or office mail. . * Exceed communication expectations -- internally and externally

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have the ability to sell and communicate -- experience preferred -- but not required.
Must have good written, verbal, follow-up and telephone communication skills.
Excellent human-relations skills -- a sense of humor, a quick smile, and a thick skin.
