Office Manager/Scheduler Job Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Answer phones in a professional manner and take detailed notes
- Intake and setup new appointments/quotes received via phone and email
- Create daily schedules for multiple field techs
- Request/Schedule permits and inspections in a timely manner
- Assist with creating invoices and receiving payments via phone, mail, and/or in person
- Support office staff with clerical tasks
- Receive mail and packages
- Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies
- Ensure office is kept clean and always organized
