This project showcases a pressure-treated wood deck with a strong and inviting entry stair system, built for durability and coastal conditions. The deck is framed with heavy-duty treated lumber and anchored securely for long-lasting stability. The entry stairs feature precision-cut stringers, wide treads, and reinforced landings, providing safe and comfortable access to the elevated home.

For maximum longevity in Florida’s humid, salt-rich environment, all fasteners and hardware are stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and a maintenance-free finish. The railing system is built to current code, with sturdy guardrails, evenly spaced balusters, and continuous handrails for safety.
