Today on the job: we upgraded the home’s roof ventilation with a ridge vent installation, carefully cut vents into the soffit behind the panels, replaced the fascia for a clean, finished look, and ensured all pipe boots were installed properly.

While inspecting, we also discovered and patched a hidden hole in the roof, keeping the home safe and dry.

Big Friday project in Lakeport 🔨

Our crew put in the work on this modular home with a full round of updates:

✅ Siding – the home’s protective skin, keeping out the elements and giving it a clean finish.
