Kitchens are trending toward warmer, more personal designs for everyday living. If you’re planning to re-do your kitchen in the coming months, consider some of these trends:

-> Warm wood - natural wood is reclaiming the spotlight and helping to bring warmth, texture, and authenticity back into the kitchen.

-> Earth-inspired color palettes - say goodbye to gray-and-white kitchens, and hello to richer, nature-inspired colors like sage green, olive, mushroom, taupe, terracotta, burgundy, butter yellow, and deep navy. These colors help to add depth and personality without overwhelming your space.

-> Hidden storage - Butler’s pantries, appliance garages, integrated coffee stations, and hidden charging areas are becoming must-have features for homeowners who value both style and functionality. The goal is to keep countertops clean and clutter-free while making sure you still have easy access to everyday essentials.

-> Furniture-inspired islands - kitchen islands are having their moment as they become more than simple cabinetry. Designers are creating islands that resemble freestanding furniture, complete with decorative legs, open shelving, and custom detailing.
