We don't just build Tiny Houses on wheels, we also build finished Cabins on skids, we built our first one and had it delivered this week and set it up e still have to finish the inside yet after the mechanicals are in. cabin

We finished the show room, office and break room and we are ready to build finished out cabins or cabin shells.

We are going to be certified to build in any state.

We offer several different exterior sidings.
1. Log siding
2. LP smart side lap siding and BB
3. T-1-11 siding
4. Vinyl siding
5. Metal siding

Metal Roofing with several different color options.

Spray foam insulation in walls ceiling and under floor.

Depending on your options we range anywhere from $105 to $120 per Sq ft finished delivered to the tristate (In, OH, KY)

Delivered these 2 units to Salem, Illinois they were originally going to North Carolina but before we could deliver them the Hurricane Helena flood happened if it were there they would have been gone and so the customer had a family farm in Illinois and so they were delivered to there.

Here is an 8'X38' Gooseneck Tiny House we built it is a 50 AMP hookup, and it has Board and Batton LP Smart siding and cedar accent beside the entry door, All tempered glass windows and all vinyl built by Amish locally, custom exterior doors by Troyer doors, and for interior all Nickel Gap ship lap 1"X8" wall covering, Pine 8" T&G ceiling, Custom cabinets and vanity by Rustic Creations, Custom built tri-axle trailer built in Ephrata, PA specialized for tiny house, and it is NOAH approved and certified.

2-8x16 units we built finished them this week, one unit is a bed and bath and the 2nd unit is the kitchen and living quarters, shiplap walls, pine tongue and groove ceiling, vinyl planking floors, butcher block countertop, custom cabinets, vanity and bedbox with built in night stands.
