Tip today, Location of the sewer and water can be a game changer when purchasing lots. Depth and distance are 2 variables. Some city mains can be too shallow which requires a pump which = no power in a storm = no bathroom either.

With a lot of people interested in building new again. I'm going to start sharing a few tips when comes to looking for plumbers and other contractors. With interest rates high and inflation A LOT of contractors are trying to sell you on a finished number or payment like a used car salesman. Be aware of who they are hiring to do the work multiple contractors are straying a way from those of us want to give you want YOU deserve a quality home. I personally strive to plumb a home that I don't have to be in again. I don't want to replace your faucet in 2 - 3yrs, I don't want the metals on top of your water heater to fight and corrode to sell you a new one, and I sure don't want to come back for water volume or sewer issues. There are good options out there for plumbers, but there's alot of Amazon and box stores plumbers now also. BOTTOM LINE IS HALF PRICE IS HALF THE QUALITY.
