We had the opportunity to team up with JC Sanders Excavation, LLC on this recent grub and grind project.

This is a great solution for smaller lots where burning isn’t an option, but removing all root material from the soil is still necessary. We come in, clear the area, grind all trees and root balls, condense the material, then load and haul off the chips—leaving you with a clean, workable site.

We were called in to clear this levee that had been completely taken over by massive cedar trees. The goal was to open up the view to the lake, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Not only is maintaining the grass on the levee now much easier, but the back porch views have been improved tremendously also!

This lake bank hadn’t been touched since 2019 due to erosion issues and had become overrun with 20–30 ft willow trees.
The customer preferred not to burn, so we chose a cleaner, more controlled approach: excavating the trees, piling them, and then mulching the piles.
