This Before-and-After house flip sneak peak will blow your mind! Sciandra construction's crew transformed this run-down two story colonial house into a beautiful, spacious, and functional home. This stunning kitchen transformation started as a demolition and a vision and is now a sleek and welcoming space for cooking, hosting, or just hanging out.
This kitchen remodel included the demolition of the kitchen entryway to create a more open feel to the kitchen and formal dining room. A door that previously connected the kitchen to another part of the house was removed to create ample space for kitchen appliances and storage. The installation of easy-to-clean laminate wood flooring and wood shelving adds organic accents to compliment a modern-style kitchen. Brand-new stainless steel appliances and ample cupboard storage and counter space provide the functionality every kitchen needs, while seamlessly incorporating aesthetics and character.

Our customer had a vision for this wall, and Sciandra Construction made it happen! 🙌
For this project, our team seamlessly incorporated the functionality of closet storage and spacious bookshelf while maintaining excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
The closet addition included construction, molding, and installation of a beautiful lite french door including timeless fixtures and precision woodwork.
Installation of the floor-to-ceiling bookshelf provides ample shelving, cabinet, and drawer storage, and so much character to a once simple living space.
