Had a great morning in Fairport NY,with Kathleen & Steven. Kathleen has been noticing that the air feels cold when she's sitting in herr chair in front of her windows. I demonstrated to her with the use of a heat gun, something that most homeowners are not aware of. Most homeowners are well aware when a window is drafty and they can see the curtains moving, or they can feel the cold air blowing through a window. What most homeowners are unaware of, is how much heat actually passes through the glass! The problem here is, 90% of your window is made out of glass. If the glass is inefficient, whether you feel a draft or not, the heat that you're trying to heat your home with is going right through the window! Pace Windows & Door Corp is going to install five brand new windows with our specialty glass package that will not allow the transfer of energy. This means heat stays in all winter, and heat stays out all summer. Welcome to the family folks.

Yesterday,I was in Fairport NY with Mark and Phyllis. They have done many many home improvements to this home in the 12 or 13 years that they have lived there. I am happy to be part of their process as they continue to make this home better and better! Pace Windows & Door Corp is going to remove five existing double hungs in their sunroom/living room that are original to the home. Right now they don't have any screens so they can't open the windows in the summer and in this time of year they feel terrible drafts coming through the windows. Pace, energy efficient, airtight windows, that come standard with screens, will make sure that they have everything they want in a window and more. Welcome to the Pace family!

Its always nice to help out someone you have known for awhile.Saturday morning I went to a house in Irondequoit NY,and to my surprise, it was Rudy, who I have known from the gym for a few years now. Pace Windows & Door Corp is going to replace 3 windows that are still orginal to the home.Two of the windows we will change to 2 section gliders that will offer bigger glass for a better view and much easier operation.

I always say,"There is no better compliment than the referral of a friend or a loved one" Well last night,I had a wonderful visit with Amy and Danny in Irondequoit NY.I was referred to Amy by a good friend of hers that I did work for many years ago. She also got a strong referral to Pace Windows & Door Corp from one of her clients at work. Then, another strong referral from two of her neighbors right on her street! We are going to replace all the windows in this 1951 built home with energy efficient, easy to clean windows that will also provide a huge sound buffer to the noise of Route 590 in the background.

Had an amazing time with Kyle & Mallory in Irondequoit NY. Super pumped to br helping them with their FIRST major home improvement on their first home together. I can just tell this is the start of a great long-lasting relationship together!!! Pace Windows & Door Corp is going to replace all the original windows from when the home was built with energy efficient easy to operate Windows that will keep the cold out all winter and keep the heat out in the summer. This will result in a major reduction in their energy bill that is certainly going to add up over time. I would suspect enough savings over time to more than cover the window purchase!

Started my day in Webster,NY with Cameron.Him and his wife are past customers of Pace Windows & Door Corp .This project is going to be replacing a sliding glass door that gives Cameron a full body workout every time he wants to open or close it. Cameron & Susan will soon find out why we refer to our sliding glass doors as "easy gliders"! No more wrestling with the door when Pace is through.
So glad to have them part of the ever growing Pace family.

Had a great morning in Webster NY yesterday with Tom & Laura.They had this beautiful home built in 1993. Over the years some of the windows have started to fail, Pace Windows & Door Corp is going to take care of that problem so they don't have to worry about it anymore.
