WE’RE HIRING — FENCE LABORER / INSTALLER
Double J Fencing Inc. / American Custom Iron & Design Inc. is looking to fill ONE full-time Fence Laborer / Installer position in Victor, Montana.
Starting Pay: $18–$20/hour, depending on experience
No fencing experience is required. We’re willing to train the right person. What matters most to us is finding someone who is dependable, hardworking, willing to learn, and consistently shows up ready to work.
This is a hands-on, outdoor position working on residential, ranch, agricultural, commercial, and custom fencing projects throughout the area.
What the position includes:
Full-time — approximately 40 hours per week
Summer 4/40 schedule — Monday through Thursday with Fridays off

Typical work includes installing different types of fencing, setting posts, working with concrete, loading and handling materials, using hand and power tools, preparing job sites, assisting with custom gates and specialty projects, and keeping work areas organized.
Previous fencing, construction, ranch, welding, fabrication, landscaping, or other hands-on experience is a plus, but it is not required. We will train someone who is willing to learn and put in the effort.
Applicants should be able to perform physical outdoor work, regularly lift 50+ lbs., work well with a crew, follow directions, and reliably show up on time and ready to work.
We’re looking for someone interested in long-term employment, not just temporary work.
