Check out the progress on this garage conversion! Demo of garage door, frame up new exterior wall, frame up interior wall, frame in 4 new windows, frame in exterior door, frame in interior door, install insulation, install sheetrock, tape, float, texture and paint. Stucco is almost done.. Tile going in this week.. cabinets and countertop getting installed next week! Check back for final pics! 👀

Rotted chimney siding removal, replaced rotten 2x4’s, reinstalled new siding and paint. Reused same chimney cap.
