Parcel in Temecula Ca. (DeLuz) that we just finished grading. A monumental undertaking with massive 1 1/2:1 cut and fill slopes. Thanks to BEER (Bledsoe Earthworks and Equipment Rental) for driving from Texas to help with this huge pad. Approximately 11,000 yards of dirt moved, and it came out excellent! Stay tuned for construction photos! This one is going to be fantastic….

🏡 You laugh now- but as my father always says…. “There are three options; good, fast and cheap, and you can only pick two.” Construction is inherently complicated, a continues to be more so each and every year. Material costs have sky-rocketed, the labor pool is limited, and good, reliable subcontractors are tough to find. Once you find them, you better hold on to them and build a cohesive working relationship. So, that being said, you want fast and cheap? It’s probably not going to be very good. It’s simple- you very often pay for what you get. Custom homes are not an area to in which to skimp! After all, you could very well be there a long time… CAMCO Builders “Simply, superior homes.”
