You change your furnace filter. You get your car serviced. You visit the doctor for a checkup. 🏡

So why not do the same for your basement?

Our Annual Maintenance Program gives West Virginia homeowners the confidence that their waterproofing and foundation systems are working exactly the way they should — year after year.

One visit a year. That's all it takes to protect the investment you've made in your home.

Because a small issue caught early is a repair. The same issue ignored is a disaster.

Let us take that worry off your plate.

If your crawl space or basement feels like a sauna, and smells musty this time of year, a dehumidifier should be your next home improvement.

High humidity in a basement or crawl space creates conditions that mold, mildew, and wood rot need to thrive. Indoor humidity levels should be between 30-50%. If you're consistently above that, especially in summer, structural damage and worsening air quality can be inevitable.

Dehumidifiers keep moisture levels in the ideal range — pulling excess humidity out of the air before it can cause problems in your house.

If your foundation is sinking or settling, there's a permanent fix for that. 🏠

Helical piers are steel shafts that get screwed deep into stable soil beneath your foundation — down to load-bearing soil where the piers will not drive any further. Once they're anchored, they lift and stabilize your foundation from the bottom up.

Settling foundations don't fix themselves — but we can. Let's start with a free inspection.

Summer's almost here — is your home ready? ☀️

Before the heat kicks in and schedules fill up, June is the perfect time to make sure your basement and crawl space are in good shape heading into summer.

Your end-of-spring checklist:

☑️ Any water or moisture in your basement this spring?
☑️ Musty smell in your home or crawl space?
☑️ Floors feeling soft, bouncy, or uneven?
☑️ Cracks in basement walls or foundation?
☑️ Crawl space ever been inspected or encapsulated?
☑️ Sump pump tested and running properly?

If you checked even one of those boxes, now is the time to address it — before summer storms add more water, and before a small issue becomes a bigger one.

We start every project with a FREE, no-pressure inspection. We'll tell you exactly what we see and what — if anything — needs to be done.

What exactly is a v***r barrier — and do you really need one? 🤔

A v***r barrier is a heavy-duty plastic liner (usually polyethylene) that covers the floor and walls of your crawl space. Its job is simple: keep ground moisture from ev***rating up into your home.

Without one, moisture from the soil underneath your house has a direct path into your crawl space — and from there, into your walls, floors, insulation, and air.

Over time, that moisture causes:
⚠️ Rotting floor joists and wood framing
⚠️ Mold and mildew growth
⚠️ Pest infestations (bugs love damp, dark spaces)
⚠️ Higher heating and cooling costs

A quality v***r barrier — installed correctly — is one of the most cost-effective things you can do to protect your home long-term.

Your crawl space plays a bigger role in your home than you might think.

When moisture builds up below your home, it can lead to musty odors, poor air quality, and even structural concerns over time. In fact, excess moisture can create conditions for mold and wood damage if left untreated.

Knowing the warning signs early can help you avoid more serious repairs down the road.

Today we pause to honor the men and women who gave everything in service to our country.

Memorial Day is more than a long weekend — it's a reminder of the sacrifice behind the freedom we often take for granted.

To the families who carry that loss every day: we see you, and we're grateful.

Our office will be closed today in observance. We'll be back Tuesday, May 26th, ready to serve our community.

❓ FAQ: "I already have a sump pump. Do I still need basement waterproofing?"

Short answer: yes. Here's why.

A sump pump reacts to water that's already gotten in. It collects it from the pit and pumps it out.

Waterproofing stops water from entering your home and basement in the first place. A proper system intercepts water at the foundation and routes it to the sump pump before it ever touches your floor.

Together, they're a complete system. Separately, your pump is just managing a problem that waterproofing would prevent.

This is why we do what we do. ⭐

We don't just show up, do the work, and disappear. We follow up. We stand behind what we do. And we make sure it's actually working.

That's been our standard since 1987, and it's not changing.
