Glad to have some inside work with all the bad weather, but ready for some warm days to get back outside. Seems like I said the same thing nearly two years ago.

Glad we are finally nearing Spring. We are wrapping up some inside work and the warmer weather will help us to get going on some outside projects that we need to complete.

Rain today gives me a little time to get caught up in the office. We have had a great week. The lower level walls and the main floor is framed at the Franson house and we are ready for the roof sheathing on our pavilion job. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!!!

Bittersweet day. October 31. Starting the framing on the Franson house. Today would have also been my brother Johnny's birthday. He taught me a lot about framing while I worked for him in Houston in the early 80's. I wish he was here to help.

Blockwork complete for the Franson project. Now all we need is a little good weather to start framing.
