🌱 Pull Weeds After Rain
One of the easiest lawn and garden tasks becomes even easier after a good rain.
If you’ve been waiting for the perfect time to tackle weeds, it’s right after the soil gets soaked. Moist soil loosens around the roots, making it much easier to pull weeds completely instead of leaving part of the root behind.
The goal isn’t just to remove the weed—it’s to keep it from coming back.
🌿 After a rain shower, take a few minutes to:
• Pull weeds from garden beds and mulch areas
• Remove weeds growing between pavers and patio joints
• Check fence lines and landscape edges
• Target young weeds before they spread seeds
• Remove as much of the root system as possible
A few minutes of weeding after rain can save hours of work later in the summer.
You’re not just cleaning up your yard—you’re protecting your lawn, flowers, and plants from unwanted competition. 🌱
