Framing is well underway at our Chester Springs new build. Behind the scenes, the home’s major systems are also starting to take shape.

Plumbing and HVAC rough-ins are in progress, mechanicals are beginning to take form, and radiant heat tubing is now in place, setting the foundation for comfort long before finishes are installed.

May is set to be a strong month on site. Looking forward to sharing what’s next as this one continues to take shape.

This backyard storage shed, designed by Formwork Architects (), is part of a larger indoor/outdoor living and home office project. Each detail from the plans is taking shape and starting to feel like it belongs.

They bake often, so the plan called for a dedicated surface just for that. White marble, detailed and installed to perform, not just look good. Even though that’s an added bonus. 😉
