At first glance, it’s hard to tell where the old ends and the new begins.

The stables are one piece of a larger transformation of this 50-acre Bucks County equestrian property, which included converting a bank barn into a new residence, renovating the Victorian farmhouse, and adding guest accommodations.

Reclaimed timber was incorporated throughout the stables, helping connect the structure to the property’s agricultural roots while creating a cohesive material palette across the farm.

Framing is well underway at our Chester Springs new build. Behind the scenes, the home’s major systems are also starting to take shape.

Plumbing and HVAC rough-ins are in progress, mechanicals are beginning to take form, and radiant heat tubing is now in place, setting the foundation for comfort long before finishes are installed.

May is set to be a strong month on site. Looking forward to sharing what’s next as this one continues to take shape.
