Another beautiful small bathroom remodel, I forgot to take before pictures but the homeowner provided me with some from her photo album, this remodel was a tiny bathroom that was extended to make it a nice size, all new plumbing, new sheetrock walls, new shower, new flooring, new and bigger door and new appliances, another very satisfied customer !!! This was a fun build, a 3 season bathroom, everything drains for easy winterizing, it’s designed for a second bathroom from inside the house and a main bathroom from outside entertainment, the homeowner has a shed that’s converted into a really nice bar, there’s a fire pit area for cooking marshmallows and a picnic area for some good cook outs, now friends and family don’t have to go through the house to the bathroom, the homeowners are so excited and can’t wait til spring to use there new bathroom, another awesome job done by Tom Magill Construction, give me a call about your project, I do free estimates !!!!

Here’s an addition that has more square footage than the original house, there is a great room that is 22’x26’ and is huge with a wood burning fireplace, it also has a bathroom, walk-in closet, and a nice size mud room with lots of closet space, I will be going back soon to build the wraparound deck and new kitchen in the existing house, the homeowners are very pleased and tell me that it came out way better than they pictured it, another happy customer and another job done by Tom Magill Construction !!! Look how much this small addition opened up the kitchen for a lot more room, the addition is 4’x 8’ but made a big difference, the kitchen was a total gut and prepped the walls for the new cabinets, all new cabinets, appliances, windows, door, fresh paint, trim, ceiling lights on dimmers and new steps, this job came out real nice, the homeowner is very surprised, she didn’t expect it to come out as nice as it did, she’s in love with it !! Check out this beautiful screen porch !!! Now the homeowners can sit on their porch and not get eaten alive by bugs and enjoy the outdoors while feeling that cool breeze, the homeowners are in love with the new curb appeal look this screen porch has given them and also happy it was finished before the heat, I’d bet that they are sitting out there tonight, lol, Another job done by Tom Magill Construction !!!! This job was to install butcher block countertops, new pergo flooring throughout the foyer, dinning area and kitchen and a new storm door on this nice vacation home, the owners removed the drawers to the cabinets and will put them back when they come down, everything looks real nice and I’m sure the homeowners will be happy with it, another job done by Tom Magill Construction !!!
