🚨🌲 NOW HIRING – GROUND HELP 🌲🚨
North Central Arkansas Tree Service is looking for an experienced groundsman to assist our crew.
💲 Starting Pay: $20/hour (based on experience)
🗓️ Schedule: Monday–Thursday
Job Duties:
🌳 Assist the climbing arborist and crew with tree removals and pruning
🪚 Operate chainsaws and other tree service equipment safely
🪢 Set ropes, manage rigging, and maintain a safe drop zone
🌿 Haul brush and keep the job site clean and organized
🚛 Load and unload equipment and assist with daily job setup and cleanup
We're willing to train in some areas, but applicants must have general knowledge of:
✅ Roping and rigging for tree removals
✅ Safe chainsaw operation
✅ Basic arborist practices and how a professional tree crew operates
Requirements:
✅ Valid driver's license
✅ Reliable transportation
✅ Three referrals from previous employers or homeowners from prior jobs
✅ Dependable, hardworking, safety-minded, drug free, and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
📍 We service the Tri-County and surrounding state areas, so occasional travel may be required.
