I’m looking to add another dependable person to my contact list for handyman-type work. Serving mainly Va Beach area.

I don’t have enough work for a full-time position, but I do have random jobs that pop up—changing toilets, faucets, ceiling fans, drywall repairs, trim work, punch-list items, and other small handyman projects.

If you’ve got some skills, let’s talk. Even if your experience is a little different than what I listed above, it’s worth having a conversation. Our company stays busy with larger remodeling projects, but right now I’m specifically looking for someone I can call for the smaller handyman-type jobs.

The biggest things I’m looking for are someone who is dependable, communicates well, shows up when they say they will, takes pride in their work, and treats customers’ homes with respect. The company reputation means a-lot, so I’m looking for someone who shares those same values.

Today’s pipe leak in a laundry room in Virginia Beach. As you can see the exterior wood sheathing is starting to decay from this leak. These types of small leaks are happening in your walls and you may not know. Drywall and flooring has also been affected. Customer said this laundry room was a DIY project from the previous owners.

Interior updates like this are about continuity and flow, not just replacing individual pieces.

In Courthouse Estates, we updated the downstairs railing, the handrail going up the stairs, and the second story railing overlooking the foyer so everything worked together from floor to floor.

We started with raw, unstained wood and finished it in a stain color selected by the homeowner, paired with metal balusters for a clean, cohesive look throughout the home.

Big credit to Russ on this one. The homeowner shared how well he communicated throughout the project and how clearly he answered questions along the way. That kind of onsite professionalism matters.
