We need someone solid with trim and renovation work, who can handle the details, keep the job moving, and set the pace for others on site. No skills underrated — we appreciate any and all skills.

Pretty much the longest job I’ve ever done. 4 months alone in getting city approval for rental space and conversions. A block from the water in Chicks Beach. Renting the downstairs studios furnished or non. Each with room it’s own bathroom and walk in shower with a sharred laundry among two studios.
