As we celebrate the start of a new year, we also are reaching a significant milestone - 60 years of serving our community. Founded on January 1st 1966, by Cletus Hobbs, our family-owned business has grown from a single location to three, with the next generation carrying on the tradition.

We recently completed a project for one of America’s most popular potato chip distributors, installing two 12' x 16' hi-lift doors with electric openers at one of their maintenance shops. Hobbs Door Service is committed to making sure that everyone has an uninterrupted flow of potato chips!

The owner was told by every door company he called that the existing door couldn’t be repaired. He was told multiple times that he needed a new one. And that even with a new one, a garage door opener wouldn’t fit without alterations to the building.

Then he called Hobbs Door Service.

Not only was the door repaired at a fraction of the cost of a new door, it now is equipped with an automatic garage door opener. Just what he wanted. No new door, no building alterations. Making what he had already work like it should.
