Full Property Rehabilitation | Virginia Beach
This project was not a simple cleanup. It was a complete exterior reset.
We began with pressure washing to restore the hard surfaces, followed by detailed bed cleanout and reshaping to reestablish structure throughout the property. Fresh mulch installation defined the landscape lines, and stone was strategically added to improve transitions and drainage control around key areas.
The revitalization planting was intentional and layered. We incorporated Nandina, Azaleas, Hydrangeas, Cast Iron Plant, Loropetalum including Lariat and Sangria varieties to restore depth, color contrast, and seasonal interest. The goal was not just to “add plants,” but to rebuild the design integrity of the landscape so it feels cohesive from the driveway to the backyard.
Stamped concrete walkways and driveway surfaces were cleaned and framed with refined bed edges to enhance curb appeal and highlight the architectural lines of the home.
When we approach a property like this, the objective is always the same. Restore structure. Reinforce flow. Elevate presentation.
