We are looking for a few more energetic people to join our team! We have full and part time positions available on mowing/maintenance crews. No hardscaping, digging or install work, we are maintenance only company. Normal shifts are approximately 9 hours per day, 7:30am-4:30pm. Monday-Friday is our normal work week, with some Saturday shifts.

Starting pay for crew member position is $15 per hour, plus a $2/hr bonus for showing up on time every day for the whole work week, or $17/hr. Crew leaders pay is $17-$20/hr, plus the $2/hr bonus. Pay is negotiable based on experience. Must have a valid drivers license, and your own reliable transportation to and from work. Raises and additional bonuses given based on performance, and there are opportunities to move up within our growing company. Experience preferred, but not required for crew member position. We will train you, but must be reliable, hard working and on time.

Normal shifts are approximately 8-10 hours per day, 7am-4pm. Monday-Friday is normal work week, with some Saturday shifts, and overtime will be available as well. Our work area is Virginia Beach/Chesapeake only. Reliable transportation to and from work is required. $10 per hour and up to start, and pay is negotiable based on experience. Raises and bonuses are based on performance, with opportunity is available to move up within our growing company. Must be reliable, timely, and have a good work ethic and attitude.

John was a great friend, gone way too soon. We met through business, but the lines were soon blurred. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this holiday season.
