This was fun 😌
This customer has children that are home schooled, so they value the outdoor time for recess.
We were able to turn an old playhouse that didn't have enough swings into a custom playground.
Deck wrapped around the tree with the integrated slide, marine grade rope for the spindles, plenty of swings/accessories, rock climbing wall, and even a hanging swing for Mom & Dad.

Problem solved!
We installed a new locking mailbox that was properly anchored to the ground.
Now we get the packages we need and security we value.

I love working with return clients 😁
This lovely family got a new sliding door. Custom and both panels move. Also has an exterior screen door so fresh air is always welcome.
The prevent and protect the area as well the got these sleek awnings.
Clear glass to keep the light coming in but keeping the weather off the door area.

Sometimes things just need updated. Even when on a budget things can still look refreshing and meet your needs.

Here's the BEFORE & AFTER ☺️

Drywall/plaster repaired throughout.
Joists/subfloor repaired.
New tub/tile and bathroom.
New base/trim throughout.
Doors and blinds.
Can lights in the kitchen, new lights throughout.
New flooring throughout.
Painting throughout.
New kitchen.

My client had wanted to change this space for some time but hadn't found the right person to work with. Luckily that person was me 😁
I thoroughly enjoyed this project.
Before pics of the patio, then adding concrete ( which we got the granddaughter's handprint as a memory for them), then the final structure and layout of their new backyard patio.
Just a personal touch, I added because they are great people, but we made signs to hang on the openings of their new space with their last name on the inside, and letter of their last name on the outside.
