In the highly competitive home building industry, 4th Generation Home Builders has been proudly building homes since 1997, but its roots stretch back four generations. In 1928 the immigrant great-grandfather of John and Michael Olivieri established Olivieri Homes Corporation in New York. Both their grandfather and father continued the tradition here in Hampton Roads.

Today John and Michael are working hard to honor the high standards that have been associated with the Olivieri name. Quality, service, integrity, and value are the bench marks to which 4th Generation Home Builders adheres in building new homes. To that end, John Olivieri is a Certified Graduate Builder, having completed a course study through the Home Builders Institute. John also served as president of Tidewater Builder’s Association (TBA) in 2006.

Customer service ranks as a number one priority for the Olivieri brothers. They believe that good customer service is all about paying attention to the small details. That is why John and Michael meet regularly to discuss all elements of the homes they build and welcome feedback from homeowners. Whether 4th Generation Home Builders is building a 1,600 square foot home or a 5000 square foot home they approach each one with same care and quality. They continue to innovate through floor plan design, curb appeal, green building practices, low maintenance, and technology.
