Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Full-Time

Fusion Home Services is looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team!
We are a locally owned and operated company specializing in Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Electrical, and Insulation services.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Schedule service appointments and book jobs.
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to generate business and schedule appointments.
Follow up with customers regarding services and appointments.
Assist with office paperwork, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
Work closely with our technicians and office team to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable making outbound sales and follow-up calls.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer skills.
Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
Previous customer service or office experience preferred.
Experience in the home services industry (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.) is a plus.
Experience using ServiceTitan software is highly preferred.
Position Details:
🕒 Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
