When a friend tells you he has done drywall before. You just might want to “Fact Check” them first. Not only did we have to remove everything they hung. We had to add more framing for support and adjust much of what they did.
The others pics are examples of why you shouldn’t hire a handyman to do drywall work.

So, I went to look at a job the other day. The condo owner left his space open for me to park. Unfortunately, my truck was too big to maneuver into such a small space between two other vehicles.
I decided to park farther from his building in what I considered overflow. There weren’t any numbers marking these spaces.
The next morning. I found this card on my passenger side windshield.
So, whoever you are. Before charging someone with such a frivolous accusation. Use common sense by assessing the whole situation. My truck won’t fit in one spot. By the way. There were plenty of empty parking spaces.
Hopefully this gets to the scrupulous agitated individual who resides at Spence Crossing Condos at Princess Anne.

Things a Drywall guy don’t want to find.
The homeowner had the bathroom remodeled years ago. The contractor decided to shortcut the job by spraying splatter on the wallpaper backing. They should have removed all the wallpaper and painted the walls smooth.
So we had a fight on our hands today making the walls smooth and paint ready.
