Looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our team! Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish. Federal experience is preferred but not a requirement.

Responsibilities include:
· Develop and execute project plans, budgets, and schedules
· Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
· Ensure project is completed on time and within budget
· Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders
· Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure success
· Ensure compliance with all safety regulations

The ideal candidate will have:
· Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
· Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management in the construction industry
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
· Proficiency in project management software and tools

MIG GOV teamed up with the U.S. Navy and Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) on this state-of-the-art renovation project for the V88 Maintenance Operations Center (MOC) at Naval Station, Norfolk. Our contract, using the ECI design-build process in partnership NAVFAC MidAtlantic, was completed in only eleven months from conception. This mission critical project will allow the Navy to monitor its fleet of aircraft closely and more efficiently, ranging from F/A-18's to Marine Corps helicopters and E2 Hawkeye planes. MIG GOV is honored to serve the US Navy in this mission every day.

The objective is to achieve and maintain aircraft readiness goals and increase "mission-capable" rates.

This $25M contract will support facilities across multiple bases including Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Naval Support Facility Indian Head, Maryland, and Naval Support Facility Dahlgren, Virginia.
