Moen smart valve installed by the artist formerly known as Clint.
Insurance companies have been making requests for these for about 2 years now. The valve monitors water flow and usage in the home. It will shut down if it interprets that there is a leak.
We have installed alot of them and provide comprehensive certification to satisfy Insurance requirements.

Conversions are not cheap, so pick someone that you know will give you the best leg forward for longevity. Also create some artwork while doing the job.

We were asked to go to Monrovia California to work on some era correct historic homes. It is not something most plumbers are capable of doing anymore so we got the call. 3 houses 15 bathrooms!

For several years, this business has been closing between 5 and 7 p.m.. They have normal business hours until 11 p.m.. The reason for this is the municipal water system is not adequate after everybody gets home and starts using it. Water pressure drops to 0.
The owner asked if I could come up with something to keep them pressurized and have adequate supply until the next day. We were able to rise to the occasion. They currently have 80 psi when the city was sitting at 20 as we left.
