18 years ago, 4Creeks began as a small engineering startup with a vision to provide practical solutions and build strong relationships in California’s Central Valley.

Since then, we've grown into a multi-disciplinary design and build firm, bringing together planning, surveying, architecture, engineering, construction, utility design, and water management to serve clients across California and Denver, Colorado.

Today, we're 100% employee-owned, with a team personally invested in every project and the communities we serve.

4Creeks is pleased to announce the addition of Nobie Ram to our Utility Department.

Nobie brings decades of experience in engineering, utility design and coordination, and infrastructure project delivery. He began his career as a Project Engineer with a construction and engineering firm, where he worked on large commercial metal building projects before spending 29 years with Pacific Gas and Electric Company.

During his time at PG&E, Nobie held roles across several departments, building expertise in engineering estimating, transmission, subdivision projects, field engineering, and large commercial new business development. His extensive background provides valuable insight into utility planning, coordination, and project ex*****on.

As part of 4Creeks’ Utility Department, Nobie will enable us to offer a new service to our clients by heading up the PG&E Applicant Design team. He’ll also help strengthen our team’s service expertise for both Pacific Gas and Electric Company and Southern California Edison projects, supporting clients with efficient utility solutions across California.

Thoughtfully planned living meets a true sense of place.

This gated Visalia community is part of a phased Planned Development that included annexation into the City of Visalia and a master-planned approach focused on creating connection, identity, and long-term livability. Spacious lots and a centrally located park—complete with pickleball courts and active outdoor space—bring neighbors together and encourage everyday interaction.

4Creeks helped lay the foundation for this community by guiding entitlement strategy, navigating annexation and environmental processes, and delivering the infrastructure that supports a functional, welcoming neighborhood.

Bringing new life to a longtime community space.

We were honored to support the City of Lindsay in the expansion and renovation of Olive Bowl & Kaku Park, which has served generations. The park has been reimagined as a vibrant, multiuse destination, featuring upgraded ballfields, playgrounds, walking paths, and gathering areas, while honoring its historic identity.

Throughout construction, our team worked closely with the City and project partners, providing on-site oversight and coordination to help keep the project on track and aligned with its goals.

By honoring the past and upgrading for the future, projects like this leave a legacy for generations to enjoy.

Visalia baseball season just got an upgrade! We celebrated the ribbon-cutting for Visalia Rawhide’s new clubhouse and batting cages this past weekend—ready just in time for Opening Day this Friday.

From upgraded player locker rooms, showers, and kitchens, to staff offices and batting cages, this project elevates the experience on and off the field.

Thank you to the Visalia Rawhide and the City of Visalia for helping secure baseball in our community for years to come! Our Design-Build team was honored to bring this project to life and proud to complete it in just six months.

We’re giving a big shoutout to our surveying team and surveyors everywhere who help turn plans on paper into the roads, buildings, and spaces people rely on every day.

At 4Creeks, our surveyors do more than map the land, they help establish the groundwork for every project we take on. Whether they’re out in the field early in the morning or working through data back in the office, their accuracy and expertise make sure every project starts in the right place.

This past weekend, we had the honor of celebrating the ribbon cutting of the Hanford Youth Athletic Center, which is now open for the community to enjoy.

What was once a worn and inaccessible site is now a revitalized space designed for the community to gather, play, and grow. Creating a facility that is welcoming and accessible to all required thoughtful planning and creative problem-solving across disciplines.
Our architecture group led the overall site design and designed the new concession stand, helping shape a space that is both functional and inviting for athletes, families, and visitors.

Though small in scale, the project presented unique challenges and required strong collaboration to bring it to completion.
