Over the years, Utilities One Group turned into a nationwide Telecom Service Provider for Wireline ILEC & CLEC providers and Wireless Carriers. Utilities One provides turn-key services: Engineering, Design, and Construction for Wireline Projects: FTTx, FTTH, FTTP, FTTC, FTTN, and maintenance services. We firmly believe the Wireless network is the future and provide turn-key services for new site builds, modifications, line and antenna installation, Small Cell/DAS. We provide our customers with Site Acquisition, Real Estate, Engineering, Project Management, Construction Services, and Maintenance. We serve major Electric providers. We build Overhead and Underground Distribution and Transmission lines. We deliver industry-leading Smart Grid solutions for Grid Modernization. Utilities One also provides Emergency Storm Restoration and Maintenance. At Utilities One Group, we have faith in a greener and more sustainable environment. Anna Skliarova marks five years with Utilities One this month, and in the same month she is named our Employee of the Month.

She is our Compliance Manager. Certifications, insurance and training records are submitted, reviewed and accepted by the client before our people are cleared onto a site, then kept current for the length of the job.

Recognition in year five says more than recognition in year one. It says the standard held after the novelty wore off.
Responsibility here means renewing that standard every day, and she has.

Construction performance starts with procurement.

At Utilities One Group, our Procurement team manages the full material flow, from identifying requirements and sourcing materials to purchasing, coordinating deliveries, and getting resources where they are needed.

The use of structured processes, reliable supplier coordination, and accurate material planning connects our divisions through one coordinated operation. Our Procurement team supports Utilities One Fulfillment with connectivity materials, Utilities One Wireline with network construction materials, and Utilities One Water with infrastructure resources.

AI is pushing data center infrastructure into a different operating reality.

Higher-density compute is increasing the pressure on power, cooling, and facility readiness. What looks like a capacity decision on paper quickly becomes a field ex*****on challenge when equipment, electrical systems, and cooling infrastructure have to work together.

We use detailed site information as part of that transition. Our teams take what is planned, bring it into the field, and work through the physical requirements that determine whether a data center is ready to perform.

That means staying close to the work, responding to constraints as they emerge, and carrying the plan through to the finished infrastructure.

DC fast-charging equipment at this Palm Coast, Florida site brought Utilities One Power Delivery and Utilities One Renewable subdivisions together, combining electrical expertise, site work, and field ex*****on to put the charging infrastructure into use.

Modern water infrastructure starts with replacing what communities can no longer rely on.

The usefulness of each service line replacement goes beyond the individual connection. It strengthens the distribution system, improves long-term reliability, and helps deliver safer, more dependable water to the communities we serve.

In Kalispell, Montana, our Water division continues advancing the Lead Service Line Replacement Project by removing aging service lines and installing modern infrastructure. Planning, field coordination, excavation, installation, restoration, and quality verification work together as one operation, keeping the project moving safely and efficiently.
