We had the pleasure of completing the last piece of this amazing backyard oasis! 🤩 Unfortunately after just 10 years their previous deck was already rotting, sagging and needed some serious TLC. So we ripped it out and started from scratch 💪🏼

There’s a big difference between getting a deck built and getting a deck built right. We were proud to give these wonderful homeowners a deck they can enjoy for many, many years to come! Quality craftsmanship, proper materials, and attention to detail make all the difference! 🔨🔨

We recently completed a sewer main project running a 6” along the road and tying in to an existing 8” main to service a new duplex building! Some tough ground conditions here with the rock and ground water but we pushed through and got it done 💪🏼

2 new manholes ✅
420’ of 6” main roughly 8’ deep✅
Passed pressure tests and vacuum tests ✅
2 sewer services ran to the building ✅
3/4 copper water service ✅
Electrical service ✅
Topsoil, seed, straw mat ✅

We opened up an area roughly 70’x120’ for this customers dream shop to be built! Removing all the stumps, hammering through all the rock in our way and cutting the grade down by 4’ to give them a wide open space with lots of potential!

Huge transformation and a massive amount of material moved in just two quick days! 💪🏼

Things don’t always go as planned but sometimes you need to come up with a quick plan B and make it happen, no excuses!

As we started digging this addition today we quickly learned there was no footing drain installed around the home and boy was there a lot of water trapped under and around this foundation 👎🏼

We had our 2” pump running all day to keep up with the amount of water pouring in to the new dig. With some quick thinking and a nice layer of stone we got it done and ready for the concrete contractors 💪🏼

As if things weren’t already tough enough we had to dig around the customers live electrical service that wasn’t in conduit and running directly through the new addition 🤩 On to the next job!
