Not every project has to be a big one to make a big difference! 👌🏼

A couple smaller Trex projects we’ve knocked out this year. Replacing an old wooden walkway at one home and building a whole new front entry on another!

Now THIS is a transformation 🌲➡️🏡

We took roughly 2 acres of fully wooded property and opened it up from start to finish!

Trees cleared, stumps removed, brush and debris cleaned up, and the entire area dozed and rough graded — turning an unusable section of woods into a clean slate ready for the customer to build their dream home 💪🏼

Sometimes the problem is underground 👀

These homeowners were dealing with drainage issues caused by their existing gutter drain system that had completely failed over time. The old pipes were packed solid with roots and debris and weren’t moving much water anymore.

We removed the failed drainage, installed new solid pipe for the gutter drains, and added catch basins to help collect surface water before sending everything away from the house. 💧

A fairly simple drainage project that can make a BIG difference when the heavy rain comes! 💪🏼

A little driveway transformation to start catching everyone up on what we’ve been working on lately! 👊🏼

This driveway had seen better days, so we stripped and regraded the existing surface, installed fabric, brought in fresh stone and finished everything off with a nice smooth grade and proper compaction.

Nothing fancy — just a clean, solid driveway built to last 💪🏼

We had the pleasure of completing the last piece of this amazing backyard oasis! 🤩 Unfortunately after just 10 years their previous deck was already rotting, sagging and needed some serious TLC. So we ripped it out and started from scratch 💪🏼

There’s a big difference between getting a deck built and getting a deck built right. We were proud to give these wonderful homeowners a deck they can enjoy for many, many years to come! Quality craftsmanship, proper materials, and attention to detail make all the difference! 🔨🔨

We recently completed a sewer main project running a 6” along the road and tying in to an existing 8” main to service a new duplex building! Some tough ground conditions here with the rock and ground water but we pushed through and got it done 💪🏼

2 new manholes ✅
420’ of 6” main roughly 8’ deep✅
Passed pressure tests and vacuum tests ✅
2 sewer services ran to the building ✅
3/4 copper water service ✅
Electrical service ✅
Topsoil, seed, straw mat ✅
