When and why would I put river rock or gravel in a flower bed instead of mulch?

1. Near downspouts so when it rains your mulch doesn’t get washed out. Also, it can help with drainage overall - and help hide drains out around your house to direct water away.

2. Want some dimension, texture and color? Great way to add that.

Went out to check on this job we did 8 years ago and noticed how perfect it still looks! So many people cut corners, especially in walls, patios & turf.

Walls start to cave, patios bubble and crack and turf has wrinkles. Your installer did not do the base work properly, or use quality materials. They indeed cut corners and that’s why they were cheaper.

We will not.

If you want cheap, go ahead and get what you pay for…..twice because we can guarantee you’ll be paying for it again in a few years.

We see it OVER AND OVER and are often the “can you fix my wall?” people. Sure! We would love to fix your wall and give you QUALITY THAT LASTS!
