Just decking around... so many structural issues. 3in acres holding the old decking down. We had to reconstruct the bottom (2) steps to add a 3rd. Removed an existing pergola and modified it to work with the new space.

We can't be happy enough and are clients are truly enjoying it.

Daily laborer. We are more of a landscape construction company. We build retaining walls, decks, patio awning and much more. We do not mow nor do much planting.

Read tape measure. Follow instructions. Be able to stay productive without immediate supervision. Have transportation.

When I first started this business, I prayed to God to give me the ability to provide work to 2 fulltime workers to help them support their family. Since then, some have come n gone, but I feel they have left with a sense of self worth. I would have never imagined having the opportunity to mold young individuals the way I have in the last couple years.

Teaching an essential skill and knowledge will pay off as they morph into the real world. And I hope to be apart of it with them for years to come.

All 4 of them have been wanting to work since this quarantine first started. They are getting their taste of what really work is but at the same time I hope they are enjoying it. I couldnt have asked for better kids!

My hat is off to their parents for raising them with respect, morals and a work ethic that I can say beats even some adults...

There is always light at the end of the tunnel, and this photo is evidence of it..!
