4 showers, master bathroom, laundry room, and a mud room. The big shower is 24x48 inch tile with a zero entry floor. 24x24 inch tile on a 45 for the master bath floor. To give you an idea how big the shower is: the seat is 8’ long!!! The guys did a fantastic job here. If you need something done, please call us to come out and give you an estimate.

Absolute joy installing this hardwood job! Really good product for some good people. This wood had so much  character in it but, it didn’t have pieces that looked defective. It was exactly 1/2 inch thick. We had to raise it up a bit in the doorways so we could install without transitions. The finish look of the doors definitely make the hard work worth it.

This was a fun job! These tiles are 30 inches by 60 inches. The center of the room was 6 inches higher then edges. It came out great! In an old building downtown Cleveland.

LVP is under rated! When installed properly over a flat substrate, under the correct humidity/temperature  parameters....

LVP is under rated! When installed properly over a flat substrate, under the correct humidity/temperature  parameters. This stuff looks great and will last forever. We had to use 70+ lbs of Ardex Feather Finish and sand the seams. There would have been failures or humps every 4 feet if this was not addressed.
We also did a heated bath floor. We ran the wires and set in two Thermostat sensors to run the system. We only need one but the second is there just in case the first one failed. Way easier to add it now.

I wanted to share some photos of the recent jobs we have completed. The grey fireplace was done with no grout lines. We had to assure everything was square and plumb to get this flawless finished product. The second fireplace is a stacked stone. Last but not least, glued down hardwood.
