Natural and rustic was our tree theme this year 🎄

As always, our time spent decorating a Christmas Tree for Fraser Ltd.’s annual Festival of Trees was nothing short of magical. ✨

We’re grateful to be in a spot to give back some Christmas cheer to those less fortunate, and we hope it truly blesses them.

🦷 Dental care is back in Britton, SD

After nearly five years without a local dentist, Britton residents can once again get dental care close to home!

Aberdeen Dental Britton Branch is conveniently located inside Marshall County Healthcare Center, bringing dental services under the same roof as other healthcare resources and saving residents a trip out of town.

Our Comstock crew transformed 2,288 SF of former assisted living space into a fully equipped dental office with four treatment areas, a lab, reception and waiting areas, and more!

👷‍♂️ Friday was a good day to get the whole Comstock crew together!

We held our fall All-Employee Safety Meeting, caught up on company updates, talked safety, and heard from guest speakers.

We also celebrated a few team members with our peer-nominated employee awards!

The Infinity Center jobsite has been hopping!

Parking lot asphalt is in, siding is up on the Infinity Building, and tile, flooring, and painting are nearly complete in the Sanford portion of the project. It's exciting to see everything coming together!

And this morning, we welcomed North Dakota State College of Science construction students for a jobsite tour! With the class currently learning about pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMBs), it was a great opportunity to see one taking shape firsthand. Students also got a behind-the-scenes look at an active jobsite, from earthwork and framing to electrical, mechanical, and interior finishes.

We recently wrapped up the 2,800 SF remodel for the new Sanford Health Hankinson Clinic - Hankinson, ND, transforming an existing space into a fresh, functional clinic for the community.

🔨 Our team completed:
• New LVP flooring + ceiling tile
• New cabinetry + exam room sinks
• New paint throughout
• An additional data room
• Self-performed demo, rough carpentry + finish carpentry

But the best part is what the space brings to Hankinson. Residents now have better access to primary care, mental health services, physical therapy and basic lab work—saving some patients on travel time for care.
