Another partial roof collapse in Miami forced an evacuation of 36 units. What can we learn moving forward? 1) The long term impact of salt water on roof systems, 2) The importance of working with reputable building consultants, engineers and contractors and 3) The importance of regularly schedule roof inspections.

Aloha Nursing & Reabilitation included the complete removal of the existing roof and installation of a brand new standing seam metal roof. As an elderly home facility, ensuring that none of the work impacted the residents and operations below was crucial. With 37 different roof facets and more than 30 different roof vents to fabricate and replace, this project was tedious, detailed and aesthetically pleasing.

Waialae County Club was a complete tear off of the existing wood shake roofing system and installation of a new Kloeckner standing seam 24 gauge metal roof in Patina Green on both the club and cart barn facilities. The new roof system provided a watertight platform for the installation of PV systems installed over both roofs.

This 4-story, 12 building association located in Kihei, Maui was a re-roof challenge due to the staging logistics and height. However, our team came through on time and in budget as always! The scope of this project included the installation of a CertainTeed Landmark Pro asphalt roofing system with brand new gutters and downspouts for all buildings. Props to our men making it happen - 4 story gutter and downspout runs aren't easy 🔨 🔨 🔨!

Pacific Warehouse was a complete tear off of the existing modified bitumen system down to the deck. This facility needed a roof system to help keep the building cooler and more energy efficient. A brand new 80 mil Firestone Ultraply TPO roof system was installed along with the appropriate sloping and removal of the 35 existing skylights for a seamless watertight roof system.
