Project Engineer/Manager (Honolulu)
compensation: Starting Salary $55,000 - $120,000+/year depends on exp.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. BS Engineering, recent graduates welcome for entry level Project Engineer Positions
2. Summer Interships available for Juniors in engineering disciplines.
3. General Heavy Civil Construction Industry Experience Preferred for Project Engineer/Manager Positions
4. Valid Hawaii Driver's License

RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to):
For Estimating & Project Management:
1. Estimating duties:
a. Review bid plans, documents, specifications, addendums, pre-qualifications, and etc. . .
b. Job Site Visits prior to bid
c. Make detailed quantity takeoffs
d. Obtain material and Subcontractor quotes
e. Generate Complete Estimates for Review and Approval
f. Bid Submission
g. Keep records of Company Bids & Results
2. General project duties:
a. Review contract documents and plans
b. Attend all project related meetings
c. Prepare material buyout & subcontractor hiring analysis
d. Issue Purchase Orders/Subcontracts Upon Approval
e. Misc. Material Purchasing and Handling
f. Coordinate all project related issues with project superintendent
g. Preparing monthly billings
h. Processing material and subcontractor invoices
i. Prepare all correspondences with owner/developer/suppliers/subcontractors/vendors/government agencies
j. Prepare and track change proposals and change orders
k. Monitor field productions and job costs
l. Prepare and Maintain CPM Schedule
