Kelly has been in the excavation business all his life. Starting working for his dad Cecil OHara when he was 15. It was then called Cecils Construction.

Update in Clearwater. Excavated this pond to spec. It’s 155’ long and 13’ deep. Blanket and seeding next.

The area has been backfilled and compacted. Additionally, a yard water issue is being addressed.
