Planning an addition, garage, or ADU? 🏠 A recent change to Massachusetts zoning laws has made the process of obtaining a variance less restrictive, which could open the door for homeowners who may have been discouraged by zoning limitations in the past.

If you’ve been thinking about a project, but weren’t sure what might be possible on your property, it may be worth exploring your options again.

Have a project in mind? We can help guide you through the process. Reach out and let’s talk!

Before & After! 💫 This Wi******er kitchen is filled with beautiful details from every angle! Deep-stained cherry cabinetry, quartz countertops and backsplash, warm brass accents and a coffered ceiling bring richness and character to the space. Double islands offer plenty of room for prep, seating and gathering, while a dedicated coffee bar and dry bar with dual beverage centers add even more function.

Before & after at ! 🏠 What was once a blank side of the home is now a beautiful new everyday entrance, designed and built to feel like it has always belonged there.

The new side entry addition complements the home’s traditional architecture with detailed trim, classic lantern lighting, new stairs and railings, and that gorgeous copper gutter. Inside, the addition connects directly to the kitchen renovation, adding function while staying true to the character of the home.

As the year comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to reflect - and feel incredibly grateful.

This year brought meaningful milestones for our team: the opening of our new showroom, growth across both our McGuire + Co. and Top Notch Builders. Top Notch Builders teams, larger and more complex projects, industry recognition, and deeper involvement in the community we’re proud to be part of. None of it would be possible without the trust of our clients, the dedication of our team, and the support of our partners.

Thank you for being part of our journey. We’re excited for what’s ahead and look forward to creating even more beautiful, functional spaces together in the year to come.

Wishing you a happy, healthy New Year. ✨💙
