We will be offering financing soon. We know that with the rising cost of roofing supplies & Labor it’s hard for people to come up with a large sum of money that it takes to do a new roof. I feel this will help out tremendously. The average roof cost anywhere from 10 to $30,000 depending on style of house you have and the type of material being installed . They work with like 12 different finance companies and you can be approved for as low as a 500 credit score.

Short notice. But we are having another increase again for metal roofing.

Dear Valued Customer,

We are writing to inform you of upcoming price adjustments for our steel products. Due to increased volatility in the domestic and global steel market, raw material costs and freight rates, we have found it necessary to implement the following price changes:
Steel Panels: The price of steel panels will increase by 7%.
Metal Trim: There is no increase on metal trim currently.

This increase goes in effect August 3rd, 2026.

All orders placed before the increase date will need to be shipped by August 17th.
We understand that price increases can be challenging, and we have worked diligently to minimize the impact on our customers. However, these adjustments are necessary to ensure that we can continue to provide you with high-quality steel products and accessories with exceptional service.

We kindly request that you update your records and inform all relevant parties within your organization of these upcoming price adjustments. We appreciate your understanding and continued business.
