Bowers Asphalt & Paving Inc. is seeking a skilled, motivated, and dependable operator to join our team. We are looking for individuals committed to safety, quality workmanship, and continuous growth in the field.

Position Requirements:

• Ability to operate a Wirtgen W130 milling machine
• Asphalt milling experience required
• Experience operating heavy equipment including backhoe, roller, water truck, skid steer, scraper, and dozer
• Willingness to learn and grow in all aspects of the job

Preferred Qualifications:

• Class A or B CDL
• Experience operating manual transmission vehicles
• Experience with asphalt
